"Series creator and host Lana Vogestad made her public television debut in February 2022 with the first season of YNDI Yoga, transforming the genre of wellness on public television with groundbreaking visuals and soundscapes that elevated lifestyle programming into art, with a minimalist aesthetic inspired by Iceland, where the American Vogestad taught yoga for years, as reflected in the series title’s use of the Icelandic word for bliss, yndi." - Susan Hellman
